Website Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool. Umami:

• Does not collect personal information
• Does not track users across websites
• Collects only: page views, referrer URL, browser type, device type, country (from anonymized IP)

All data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify any individual visitor. No consent banner is required because no personal data is processed.

This website does not set any cookies. No cookie consent is needed.

Purchases

When you purchase AI Chat Agent, the transaction is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy (Lemonsqueezy, Inc.), acting as the Merchant of Record. The checkout takes place on Lemon Squeezy's domain. We do not see or store your payment information (credit card, billing address).

Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, and payment details to process the order. Their data practices are governed by Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.

We receive from Lemon Squeezy: your name, email address, and order details. This is used solely to deliver the product, provide support, and send product updates.

Email Communication

If you contact us via email or purchase the product, we store your email address for:

• Customer support
• Product update notifications
• License delivery

We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. You can request removal of your email at any time by writing to support@getagent.chat.

Chat Widget (Demo)

The live demo chatbot on this website processes messages you type to generate AI responses. Chat messages are not stored permanently and are not linked to your identity. The demo runs on our server at demo.getagent.chat.

• Request correction of inaccurate data

Data Storage

Analytics data is stored on our self-hosted server in Europe. Customer email and order data received from Lemon Squeezy is stored securely and retained as long as your license is active. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
